As a fitness nutrition specialist, Nutrition Coach, Certified Life Coach and Neurolinguistics Practitioner I can help you work through all aspects of wellness for success that lasts a lifetime!

I am married to my fantastic Husband Zo who coaches & trains basketball, mama bear to my son Logan who loves playing sports and reading, and dog mama to our golden doodle Chloe who is our best girl!

 

When I am not training clients you can find me making balloon arches and displays, decorating cakes, and organizing small events and gift baskets with my other company A Beautiful Nest.
